I will be speaking at the 23rd Camunda Meetup of the Rhein-Main chapter in Frankfurt. The evening will focus on real-world challenges teams face when operating Camunda 8: daily pain points, recurring operational tasks, and features that would make running Camunda 8 more stable and efficient.
The first part of the meetup is an open exchange format where participants share their experiences from different organizations, from technical issues to organizational hurdles in day-to-day operations.
In the second part, I will show how I address typical pain points with my tool c8volt, a Camunda CLI focused on operational use cases, including:
- Safe bulk operations, state checks and orphan handling
- Worker pools, retry mechanisms and guardrails
- Robust CLI patterns for Camunda 8 operations
- Concrete use cases from practice with small live demos
The meetup takes place at Station Lounge Frankfurt and includes time for networking, snacks and drinks after the talks.
